Description of the brand and the team:

The EMEA online trainee will work in collaboration with the Digital Communication & Marketing Manager for the Le Labo brand in the French Headquarters and in contact with the Global teams based in New York as well as the regional brand team.

Creating soulful Beauty with Care through our craft of slow perfumery is the heartbeat of our company.
We work with a community of craftswomen and craftsmen who shape our world: the flowers harvesters, the local family farms, the candle hand-pourers, the reclaimed wood artisans, the perfumers etc.
The core of our collection is our 18 genderless perfumes and 10 soy-based wax candles, but we also offer sensorial formulas for body, hair, face as well as a grooming line.

Key responsibilities:

Support DCM manager in:

• Running & Analyzing Retail.com business by supporting in:

o Building & analyzing daily report for Retail.com business

o Optimize current internal process and create new ones (i.e., launch deck for retailers)

o Running business with current and new partners (PP, retailers)

o Providing translation in regards with Product master file

o Optimize and maintain online collaborative tools

• Running & Analyzing Brand.com business by:

o Supporting Online Coordinator and DCM Manager in Building Reports (new launch results, top sellers, etc.

o Implementing new carrier solution

o Optimize current operational process

• Running Paid Media activation in France and any punctual request coming from Global Team

EXECUTION:

• Support team’s follow-up Retailers.com business: marketing animation, active product catalog, Price update, new product launches, …etc.

• Support e-com manager in getting results & learnings for basic business but also for new product launches

• Prepare new launches material (packshots, product information) and send them to retailers

• Support in answering any retailers’ request regarding visual or product information

• Benchmark on competitors’ animations & follow up on affiliates execution online (retail.com, pure players & brand.com)

• Support DCM Manager in auditing active product catalogue & displayed content

• Support e-com manager in launching new & strategic online e-players, follow up performance of existing ones

• Maintain online collaborative tools (Product Information Masterfile, asset library).

• Support DCM Manager in implementing new features/carriers for brand.com

• Support DCM Manager in audinting French content on brand.com

• Work closely with product marketing and Lifestyle Manager brand team for 360° projects

• Work with translation Agency to provide Global team with required content dedicated to Paid Media

Reports:

• Support DCM manager analyzing City Exclusives / holiday results

• Best-seller ranking in value and in volume on a monthly basis

• Extract & Analysis of performance reports on a monthly basis for both our E-stores & Retailers

• Weekly follow up on new product launch forecast due dates, and online forecast check

• Quarterly Mix of business

• Google analytics special requests / ACADACA special requests

Qualifications

Profile:

Minimum Education Level: higher education Bac +4/5 or Business Schools

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: first experience in e-commerce and digital ideally, and/or experience in sales area

Required Language Proficiency: fluent in English

Licenses or Certifications: BAC + 4/5

• You can multi-task in a fast-paced environment – juggling with multiple projects at a time

• You have a good command of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Google Analytics is a plus

• You are motivated, you like numbers, are attracted by the Fragrance industry and have a strong interest in commerce!
